Polyurethane Production
Polyurethane (PU) has become indispensable in modern industry. It is used in a wide range of applications, from flexible foams in mattresses and upholstered furniture to durable coatings and high-performance insulation materials in construction and refrigeration. Underbody Coating
In the automotive industry, effective and long-lasting corrosion protection is essential for the vehicle body and underbody areas where adhesives, sealants, and insulating materials are applied with the highest precision. When sealing transition areas such as adhered joints and welded seams before painting, absolute accuracy is required otherwise water may penetrate the finished vehicle interior. In addition, sealants and protective layers (to protect painted surfaces against stone chips, etc.) must be both visually appealing and robust.
Adhesive coating (shock absorber)
Rubber to metal adhesive coatings are essential for the automotive components industry in suspension systems where shock absorption and/or sound deadening from molded rubber components is required, and the precise dosing of adhesive coatings is a crucial process step in the production of shock absorbers. Traditionally, positive displacement (PD) meters and turbine meters have been used, but these suffer from wear due to abrasive components, leading to inaccurate measurements.
